Review of Natural Resource Funds’ Fiscal Rules, Transparency & Accountability Mechanisms

When it comes to Natural Resource Funds (NRFs), a lot has been written and analyzed regarding the interests of recipient countries but little knowledge exists on the governance of these Funds in their home country. In partnership with the Revenue Watch Institute, the VCC is conducing a world-wide survey of NRFs looking at their fiscal rules, transparency and accountability mechanisms.
